The Registrar's Office supports and advises students throughout their studies, from application and enrolment to organizing examinations and preparing graduation documents after successful completion of their studies.
The Registrar's office Department is the point of contact for prospective students and students in administrative affairs relating to the study. The team of the Registrar's office acts here as the Admissions Office with all organizational students affairs from application for a place to study to the admission and enrollment, the re-registration, academic leave of absence and removal from the student register up to the approval of occasional students.
As an Examination Office, the Registrar's office is also responsible for the examination administration, as well as the creation of performance surveys, transcripts and documents in the different degree programs. The staff of the Registrar's office also check the entry requirements for applications for the Master's degree programs, assist in classification and crediting issues and process the various other examination-legal matters.
As a competent consultant with service provider character, the Registrar's office is ultimately available to the interfaces in the faculties for complex questions on the examination and university admission right.

You can hand in your theses and other documents for the Registrar's Office during personal office hours at the Registrar's Office.
It is also possible to hand in theses/documents in person at the university's ServiceDesk (AB building, Room AB 0101) during service hours.
You can also post theses and documents in the university's letterboxes:
Campus Westerberg:

- Outside letterbox on Caprivi Campus, building CB
- Outside letterboxes on buildings AB und CB (always accessible)
Haste Campus:
- Building HD, letterbox next to the entrance of the Registar's Office Haste during the opening hours of the university buildings
- outside letterbox building HC (always accessible)
Lingen Campus (Kaiserstra?e 10c):
- Outside letterbox in front of the hall (always accessible)
- Letterbox in the hall in front of the KC building (hall is accessible with CampusCard)
- Letterbox in front of the Registrar's Office KC building during the opening hours of the university buildings
Please note that from 21.12.2024 to 01.01.2025 it will not be possible to submit theses in person at the Registrar's Office. However, you have the option of submitting them via the university letterboxes.
